As a Recruiter, are you tired of seeing the same Candidates over and over again?
This only happens on Social Networks where our position in the lists depends on the audience we generate.
This Portal is not a Social Network and does not depend on audience numbers, so we guarantee that everyone has the same opportunities, whether Candidates or Companies.
Before presenting any result, we randomly shuffle it. This happens when presenting results for Job Vacancies, Companies and Candidates.
Finally, we are one of the few Job Portals that is dedicated to Social Causes and Helping Nature.

Our Portal has two Main Accounts, the Candidate Account and the Company Account. Recruiters are the users of the Company Account and are therefore a Sub-Account.
All these Accounts are not visible to each other and therefore your privacy is guaranteed.
Looking for a job or looking for candidates is a fragile moment.
Because we understand your fragility, this Portal was designed with this in mind and that's why we always think of you.

CANDIDATES
Your Free Account
Before creating your Account, think of a unique name. This name serves to create a unique link for you to share your Profile on Social Networks. Don't worry, only Recruiters will be able to access it.
After registration, which takes a maximum of 20 minutes, we ask for an initial survey so that you don't have to do it every time you access the Portal.
You can always add portfolio files through Google Drive™ sharing and your Social Networks.
After that, your Profile is ready and you can see the Menu we created for you and your Feed where you will find job openings and companies.
One detail, even we cannot access your data. However, there is a link in Messenger for you to contact us.

Profile:
By clicking on your name, you can always see how Recruiters view your Profile. So you can always change it as you wish.
Feed:
Navigation is always done through pagination so you don't miss a job offer or a company.
This is where everything happens and where you will be carrying out your research.
Menu:
Whenever you want to access saved companies and job offers, it's the menu you should go to. Here you can also change any information given during registration and you can even suspend your Account.
The Account is yours and therefore, the Menu was designed for you to have maximum control over it.

Search:
We want you to get the most out of the Portal. It is with this in mind that you can have up to 3 search layers at the same time.
Will you find your dream job through us!?
Apply:
Cover letters no longer exist and we leave it to other, more complicated ways of responding to a job offer.
With us, it's simple: just one click on Easy-Apply and that's it.
Save:
Don't want to respond to an offer right now and want to save it? Don't worry, it's possible on the Portal.
It is also possible to save companies so that you are always up to date with the latest news.
Contacts & Messenger
Contacts:
Your first contact will always be our technical team. As you talk to Recruiters, they will be grouped by company.
If the Recruiter responsible for a job offer leaves the company, you automatically continue talking to the new one.
Messenger:
Through this channel you can clarify any doubts about a job offer to the responsible Recruiter.
Naturally, you will not be able to speak to other candidates. Remember that the Portal is not a Social Network. 😉

BUSINESS
Your Paid Account
Before creating your account, think of a unique name. This name is used to create a unique link for you to share your Profile on Social Networks. Don't worry, only candidates will be able to access it.
During registration, which takes a maximum of 5 minutes, we ask you to add Recruiters (users) based on the number you paid for. The rest of work will be for your recruiters.
You can always add or remove users, which is why our pricing is in groups of 10 users.
After that, your Profile is ready and you will be able to see the Menu we created for you and your Feed where you will find job vacancies published by your Recruiters

Jobs · Users · Payment
Jobs:
As we said previously, your Account only allows you to edit job offers.
If you want to publish, you will have to add a Recruiter (user).
Users:
Adding a user (Recruiter) is always done through an existing Candidate Account. After adding the Recruiter, they will have access provided by you that differs from the Candidate Account.
It is through this process that we guarantee you total control over Recruiters without having to depend on the personal accounts they have.
Payment:
No contracts are necessary to use the Portal. Only registration and payment is sufficient.
The only existing payment method is via credit card. If you want a number of users greater than 100, please contact us at business@hcjobs.net.
Scalability & HR Departments
Scalability:
Changing the paid user package is always possible. We always check your number of users.
If we are before your Account's renewal date, you will only pay the difference in users, as well as the period remaining for your Account to end.
HR Departments:
At this time, the structure of our Portal does not accept the hierarchy of your HR Department.
We are working so that, in the near future, the Portal accepts HR Departments with complex hierarchies.

RECRUITERS
Your Sub-Account
This is a subaccount of your company. Therefore, it has some limits and access is granted by your boss.
Don't worry, your Candidate Account is still accessible by you and no Candidate can view it.
After access is given to you, an initial search will be requested so that you do not need to do it every time you access the Portal. This Account also has a Menu for basic settings.
In your Feed, you will find Candidates according to your searches and you will be able to see all the vacancies in your company, including those that have not been published by you.
One detail, if you leave your company, another Recruiter can continue your work.

By clicking on your company name, you can always see how Candidates view their profile.
This way, you will always be up to date.
Feed:
Navigation is always done by pagination so that you don't miss any Candidate.
This is where everything happens and where you will conduct your research.
Menu:
Whenever you want to access Saved Candidates, your job postings, and people who have applied, this is the menu you should use. Here you can also post jobs and edit them.
To save you time, an already created job offer can serve as a template for another.
Publish · Search · Save
Publish:
A job offer is always created through a form so you can save your creativity for other tasks or hobbies. All job offers have an expiration date and can be suspended so that Candidates do not see them or respond to them.
Search:
Just like in your Candidate Account, here you also have 3 simultaneous search levels so that you can see as many Candidate profiles as possible.
Save:
As mentioned, you can save Candidate profiles to view them later. If you want to contact a Candidate, there is a messenger for that purpose.
Contacts & Messenger
Contacts:
When you receive your sub-account, your first contact will always be our technical team. As you talk to Candidates or they talk to you, they will appear in a list.
If you leave your company, Candidates will continue to talk to the new Recruiter who will replace you.
Messenger:
Through this channel you can ask any questions about a Candidate profile that you find interesting.
Naturally, you won't be able to talk to other Recruiters. Remember that the Portal is not a Social Network. 😉
